
APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
NEW CLIENTS
A $50 deposit will be due upon making the appointment. If the appointment is not
cancelled or rescheduled, that deposit will be forfeited to Holistic Hub. Any exceptions
will be decided by Management. The $50 deposit will be taken off the scheduled
appointment cost/charge at the time of service.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients will need to provide full payment for any future appointments after a no-show.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your appointments with the Holistic Hub team. They are reserved especially
for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
Therefore, we respectfully request at least one business day notice for cancellations or
rescheduling appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change
your appointment without providing sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that
appointment time. This results in clients on the wait list missing the opportunity to
receive services. Therefore, we have added a strict one business day cancellation
and rescheduling policy. Failure to provide notice will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
EMERGENCY, WEATHER RELATED, ETC. CANCELLATIONS
Of course, we understand that emergencies, weather, etc. may result in a cancellation
of less than the required one business day. The management will assess each of these
issues with the client.
